Welcome!
First, let’s say hello
My name is Elizabeth Harrin, and I have so many things to share with you. In 2006, I began blogging about project management. That year also marked the beginning of my first book. Apart from writing about projects I also do the work: I am a regular project manager with a job like you. Because I have tried and tested a lot of things, I think this gives me insight into how things work in real life.
You can find out more about me and my career in project management here. You can find all of my books on this page.
Second: Join the Community
Join thousands of project managers to keep up to date and receive my newsletter. It includes practical guidance, highlights from my blog, and occasional giveaways and freebies.
You can also join Project Management Cafe, our Facebook group. We occasionally broadcast live broadcasts and have some training videos. We mainly just help one another and do our jobs.
Got a question? Get in touch.
Third: Let me help you manage your projects more successfully
GirlsGuideToPM.com is online for more than 10 years. I’ve written over 1000 articles and curated them on a variety of topics, from Agile to professional networking.
Project management is a complex subject. If you’re new to the area, or if you’re just starting out, it can be overwhelming. I recommend you have a cup of tea, and then get started at the beginning.
You can find free project management templates in my resource library.
