No matter what one’s cultural background or religious beliefs, we all know that dishonesty can be harmful.

The Tragedy of Dishonesty
Dishonesty can lead to disaster. Sometimes, such disasters can be avoided. Sometimes dishonesty can cause only minor ripples. However, dishonesty can cause some collateral damage, such as a unfulfilled life, high levels stress and not being able attain satisfaction.
The dishonesty can spread to all corners of the family, including business associates and the general public. Many people hear about and are affected by one person’s dishonesty.
Here are some of these tragic consequences of dishonesty.
1. Dishonesty can create a false persona.
Dishonesty is a way to make yourself appear to be someone else.
It is very difficult to live a life that is not yours. It can cause severe anxiety and psychological problems as well as a general feeling of mistrust. People find it difficult to trust people who appear artificial.
In this 1 Peter 3:12-12 statement, the Bible clearly links honesty and well-being.
If you desire to love life and see the good in it, you must be honest. False identity can lead to alienation from loved ones and friends. A life of falsehood eventually leads to your separation from yourself.
2. Complexity is the result of dishonesty.
Lies beget lies. To validate a lie you’ve told, you must tell another lie. To make the lie seem plausible, you must tell two more lies. To make these lies more convincing, you must tell more lies.
These webs of deception are impossible to manage, no matter your intelligence. Things can quickly get complicated in the business world. It’s difficult to verify all your falsehoods or corroborate your lies, from paper trails to emails.
Dishonesty is the best way to plunge your life in a spiral of darkness and terror.
3. A business can be destroyed by dishonesty.
This is what Edson Spencer, former chairman of Honeywell Inc., said.
He’s right. Expedited
